Neighborhood

Goochland County's Fox Downs neighborhood has 36 residential homes on plots of 3-10 acres.  The neighorhood has 3 miles of roadway, perfect for walking, running and biking.  The neighborhood bi-laws allow horses, dogs and cats.  The community meets annually to discuss issues and collect the voluntary $25 annual dues.
